What items are eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Darts must not have been thrown or show any signs of wear.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. For hygiene and performance reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Flights and Shafts (if the sealed packaging is broken).
- Customized or personalized darts.
- Gift cards and clearance items marked as "Final Sale".
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we cover 100% of the return shipping. For standard change-of-mind returns or exchanges, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed immediately and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
