Standard 6-Month Guarantee
All tungsten dart barrels and electronic dartboards purchased from The Dart Hub GYC come with a standard 6-month manufacturer's warranty against physical defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
- Structural manufacturing defects in tungsten barrels.
- Improper threading on barrels that prevents shafts or points from fitting correctly (upon arrival).
- Electronic malfunction of smart dartboards (under normal indoor use).
- Items that arrive damaged or completely broken out of the box.
What Is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, paint chipping, or grip dulling).
- Damage caused by bounce-outs, dropping darts on hard floors (concrete/tiles), or hitting wires.
- Damage resulting from modifying the darts (e.g., improper repointing).
- Issues arising from storing electronic boards in damp or outdoor environments.
⚠️ Note on Consumables
Darts is a game of impact. Therefore, Flights, Shafts (Stems), and Points are considered consumable items. Breakage of these components during play is completely normal and is not covered under any warranty. We recommend keeping spare flights and shafts in your case.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear, well-lit photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage to the product.
Contact Support
Email your photos, along with your original Order ID and a brief description of the issue, to our support team.
Evaluation
Our Quality Control team will assess the claim. In some cases, we may forward the images to the original manufacturer (e.g., Target, Winmau) for verification.
Resolution
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately, or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.
